Jaypee Kalypso vs Panchsheel Pratishtha: Which is better?

Fed up of renting, yaar! Finally taking the plunge. I'm seeing Jaypee The Kalypso Court and Panchsheel Pratishtha. Both are ready to move, sahi? Which one has better resale value though? Also, what about maintenance charges? Has anyone experienced hidden costs in either project? Mujhe advice chahiye!
