Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya! Thinking of finally buying in Noida. I've been looking at Ivory County and Omaxe Panache. What do you think? Kisi ko pata hai which one has better carpet area efficiency? Also, Ivory County is under construction, right? Thoda risky lag raha hai. Which one has better resale value in the long run?
