₹3.5 Cr for a 3BHK in the Luxury Homes corridor – honestly, I'm still processing that number. I visited a few spots near Golf Course Extension. Brochures toh sab glossy dikhate hain, but daily commute, maintenance ka kya scene hai for actual residents? Is it really worth the premium?

Bhai, you are not alone. That 3.5 Cr figure for a 3BHK in GCE is insane. Builders ne toh rate aise badha diye hain jaise gold bech rahe hon. I'm also looking in that area and it's just not making sense for first-time buyers.
