35 saal baad apna ghar becha, ab M R Homes Heritage Tower mein shift hone ka soch raha hoon. Brochure mein maintenance charges toh kam dikhaye the, par suna hai actual mein bahut zyada hote hain. Kids chale gaye hain, ab bas ek manageable flat chahiye. Kya yahan ki amenities sach mein kaam ki hain? Aur hospital kitna paas hai? Samajh nahi aa raha.

Yes, their official possession date was March 2019, as per RERA. UPRERAPRJ7753 is the number. So it's already past. I hope they delivered on time, because many projects in Ghaziabad were delayed around that period. You should definitely check this first.

Sahi keh rahe ho! Mere cousin ke saath bhi Abhay Khand mein same experience hua tha. Brochure mein 2.5/sqft tha, actual mein 4.5/sqft ho gaya tha within a year.
