Guys, I'm confused. Which one is better for investment, yaar? Panchsheel Pratishtha is ready to move, but Antriksh India IT Residency ka price is looking good. Kya ROI milega? Carpet area kitna hai? Anyone has experience with either? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one should I choose?
