Shubhkamna Tec vs Victory Ace: Which Noida Project?

Guys, I'm confused between Shubhkamna Tec Homes and Victory Ace in Noida. Both seem decent. Location wise, kya difference hai? Which one has better connectivity? Price range is similar, but what about hidden charges? Has anyone experienced that with either builder? Amenities mein, which project offers more? Mujhe advice chahiye on which one is better value for money. Victory Ace completed hai, but Shubhkamna Tec Homes ready-to-move hai. Which one would you recommend considering investment potential in Noida? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about resale value? What do you think?
