Realtyvision 4th Ave vs Antriksh Gateway: Better ROI?

Antriksh Gateway ka price high hai, but is it worth it? Realtyvision 4th Avenue is cheaper. Which one has better rental potential, bhai? I'm thinking long-term investment. Kya bolte ho?

Visit both sites personally before making a decision. Pictures can be deceiving.

Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite and investment goals. Good luck!

Did anyone actually get possession in Realtyvision 4th Ave? Seriously asking.

Check the carpet area offered in both projects. Sometimes the advertised price is misleading.

Gateway has better resale value in the long run, I believe.

Thanks for the insights, everyone! I'm leaning towards Gateway now, but will do more research.

Don't forget to negotiate with the builder! They always leave room for negotiation.

Possession status kya hai Gateway ka abhi? Anyone has recent info?

Last I heard, some towers are ready for possession, but others are still delayed. Check with the builder directly.

Be careful with Antriksh. They have multiple projects running simultaneously. Resource allocation might be an issue.

4th Avenue is cheaper for a reason. Don't just look at the price. Consider all factors.

I think Gateway is a safer bet, even with the higher price. Peace of mind is important.

Rental yield dekho bhai. Gateway ka rental high hoga but initial investment bhi toh zyada hai. Calculate the ROI properly.

Sector 150 mein rates are going up because of the new metro line extension. Keep that in mind.

Gateway mein amenities are top-notch. 4th Ave mein basic hain. Tenants will pay more for better amenities.

Mera ek friend ne Gateway mein invest kiya tha 5 saal pehle. Abhi tak toh ROI acha hai uska. But market conditions change hoti rehti hain.

Personally, I'd prefer Gateway for long-term. Better connectivity and future appreciation potential.

Realtyvision ka naam suna hai? I'm not sure about them. Antriksh is a known brand, but delayed projects bhi hain inke. RERA check karo!

Exactly! Brand value is one thing, but timely possession is another. RERA number is your best friend.

I invested in 4th Avenue 2 years back. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Don't trust their promises.

Oh bhai, that's bad news! Which tower? I was considering it.

Bhai, Gateway ka location is prime. 4th Ave is a bit interior. Rental potential Gateway ka better hoga, I think. But check the builder's reputation.

True, location is key for rentals. But Gateway mein maintenance charges bhi toh high honge?

a
asha.thakkar.abc22 Mar

Haan, location definitely matters. Gateway is closer to the expressway, right?
