Realtyvision 4th Avenue vs Omaxe Panache Galaxy: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm confused between Realtyvision and Omaxe. Realtyvision is ready to move, right? Omaxe, not so much. Is that risk worth it, ya? What's your take? Any advice, bhai?

So, what did you decide, OP? Realtyvision or Omaxe?

Overall, Realtyvision seems like the safer bet. Ready to move, established location. Omaxe is a gamble, albeit with potentially higher returns.

Market is hot right now. Interest rates are rising, so buying now might be a good idea before they go up further.

Anyone know if Realtyvision has OC (Occupancy Certificate)? That's super important.

nisha_khanna_nop22 Mar

Yes, they do. That's why it's ready to move.

Omaxe Panache Galaxy ka construction speed kya hai? Koi idea?

Slow as a snail! They keep extending the deadline.

If you need a place to live in immediately, go for Realtyvision. If you're looking for long-term investment and can wait, then maybe Omaxe. But do your research!

Sector 143 is a good location. Connectivity is good. But traffic can be a pain during peak hours.

Don't just look at the location, guys. Check the amenities! Clubhouse, swimming pool... are they actually functional in Realtyvision?

I bought in sector 75 a few years back. Rates have almost doubled since then. Noida real estate is booming, but be smart about it.

Bhai, check the carpet area carefully. Builders often cheat you on that. I learnt it the hard way.

Yaar, I'm also confused. So many options in Noida! But delayed possession is my biggest fear.

Omaxe ke RERA registration details check karo. See if they have any penalties or warnings listed.

Good point! RERA website is your best friend in these situations.

Personally, I'd go for Realtyvision. Peace of mind is worth a lot. Ready to move, no headaches. Invest in Omaxe if you have extra money to gamble with.

Is anyone aware of the builder quality for Realtyvision? Are the fittings and finishings good quality?

D
Divya Garg22 Mar

Omaxe Panache Galaxy ka location Sector 93B hai, right? That area is promising with the Jewar airport coming up. But delayed possession is a HUGE risk. Realtyvision in comparison is in Sector 143, which is pretty developed already.

n
nisha_khanna_nop22 Mar

Haan, Sector 93B is good for investment, but living? Not so much right now. Still developing.

a
amit.shah.delhi22 Mar

Jewar airport is still years away, yaar. Don't bank on it too much.

I invested in Omaxe almost 5 years ago. Still waiting for possession. Builder keeps giving new dates. Frustrating!

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another project in Noida Extension. I feel your pain, bhai.

Realtyvision ka price per sq ft kya hai? Anyone has an idea?

a
aarti_gupta_abc22 Mar

Negotiate karo, bhai! Builders are always willing to budge a little.

r
rajesh.bhatt22 Mar

Last I checked it was around 6800-7200 depending on the floor and facing.

Bhai, Realtyvision is definitely ready. I know a friend who moved in last month. Omaxe... builder reputation is questionable, to be honest. Delayed projects galore!

D
Divya Patel22 Mar

Ready to move is always better, especially if you're planning to live there. Rent dete dete thak jaoge. But Omaxe might appreciate more if the area develops... tough call.
