Panchsheel Pratishtha vs Antriksh Gateway: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm confused. I'm looking at ready-to-move options in Noida. Panchsheel Pratishtha and Antriksh Gateway Apartments are on my list. What do you think? Antriksh is quoting around 90L-1.3Cr. I'm worried about the 'total cost of ownership'. Stamp duty, registration, interiors... it adds up! Has anyone experienced hidden costs with either project? Also, which one has better metro connectivity for daily commute? That's super important for me. I heard Panchsheel has better green spaces, is that true? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Which would you recommend for a family? What's your take?

Panchsheel Pratishtha definitely has more green space, I've visited both. But Antriksh Gateway is closer to the Sector 18 metro, walkable distance bhi hai. Depends on your priorities, yaar.

Bhai, 'total cost of ownership' is a killer! I faced the same dilemma last year. Registration and stamp duty alone will set you back a few lakhs. Negotiate hard with the builder! Unse pucho about hidden charges upfront.

Hidden costs are a real pain! I bought in Noida Extension last year, and the parking cost was a surprise. Check the fine print carefully, especially the maintenance charges. Also, what about the quality of construction? Has anyone lived in either project?
