₹35,000 rent every month is seriously draining me out. Finally taking the plunge, Noida Extension mein property dekh raha hoon. Mera budget ₹80 lakh tak hai, but I'm looking for long-term value. Aravali Apartments under-construction hai, toh thoda risk hai possession ka, but current price point theek lag raha. Dasnac The Jewel, on the other hand, ready-to-move hai, no delay tension. But uska price range meri budget se kaafi upar hai. Is it worth stretching for Dasnac for better rental potential ya Aravali ka appreciation better hoga in 5 years? As an end-user, what makes more sense? Should I wait for Aravali ya try to manage Dasnac ka down payment?

Aravali ka price range ₹41L se ₹1.1 Cr hai. Aapka budget ₹80L hai. Kya aapko us range mein koi unit mil raha hai jo aapko pasand hai? Dasnac ka price toh definitely higher side pe hoga but current market mein ready-to-move ka premium chalta hai.

Dasnac ka price kitna high hai? Agar thoda hi upar hai, toh ready-to-move le lo. Aravali ka toh 2003 ka possession date hai, woh toh scam lag raha hai.
Dasnac ka price around ₹1.2 Cr se shuru hota hai for a decent 2BHK. Original post mein hi likha hai ki budget se kaafi upar hai. Toh stretching kaafi hogi. Aravali mein 800 units hain, toh inventory bhi bahut hai.
Dekho, under-construction mein risk hamesha rehta hai, especially jab possession itna delay ho. My cousin booked in Alpha I Greater Noida, project was supposed to be delivered 3 years ago, abhi tak sirf structure bana hai. End-user ho toh ready-to-move hi best hai, peace of mind rehta hai. Thoda stretch karlo, EMI manage ho jayegi, but builder ke chakkar mein phansna nahi chahiye.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. This is the reality of under-construction projects in India.
Same pinch yaar! ₹35k rent is a killer. I'm also looking in Noida Extension, budget around ₹75L. Dasnac is good but out of reach for many first-time buyers like us. Aravali ki date sunke toh darr lag raha hai.
Absolutely, Dasnac is a dream for many but not always practical. Instead of stretching for Dasnac, maybe look at other ready-to-move projects in nearby areas like Alistonia Estate? Sometimes you find better value there if you compromise a little on location or amenities.
Bhai, Aravali ka possession date 2003-11-01 dikha raha hai. That's a huge red flag! Itna purana project abhi tak under-construction? Think twice.
Sahi kaha bhai. Mere ek dost ne Ajayabpur mein ek project liya tha, same issue. Builder ne bas date pe date di. Aravali ka toh bahut hi purana record hai. I'd avoid it like the plague, no matter how good the price seems.
