Eldeco Sylvan View vs ATS Destinaire: Which is better?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit for site inspection anytime soon. Eldeco Sylvan View is ready, but ATS Destinaire is under construction. Is the risk worth it for potentially higher appreciation? Kya aap logon ko pata hai, ATS delayed to nahi hai? Also, which one has better rental potential, considering I'll need a property manager? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which has more open space, yaar?
