Ansal Rainbow vs Great Value Anandam - Noida?

Hey guys, I'm looking at Ansal Rainbow and Great Value Anandam in Noida. Both ready to move. Which one's better, yaar? Has anyone experienced hidden costs with either? I'm worried about the carpet area - is it actually decent or are they inflating it? Also, what about the maintenance charges? Which society has a better RWA? I'm so confused! Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
