ATS Destinaire is expensive, but is it worth it for families? SKA Orion seems more affordable. Which one has better amenities for kids? I need a good society, yaar. What do you think?

Both societies are good, but ATS Destinaire has better finishing and generally has a well-maintained society. SKA Orion is more value for money.
I heard the new metro line is going to pass near Sector 143. That could be a game-changer for SKA Orion. But abhi toh time lagega.
Metro connectivity is definitely a plus point. But let's see when it actually happens!
Check amenities completion before booking, I made that mistake with my last property. Swimming pool is still not ready after 2 years!

I bought in Sector 143 three years ago. Prices have almost doubled since then! Noida is booming, but choose wisely.
Has anyone checked the OC (Occupancy Certificate) for both projects? That's crucial before investing. Don't just rely on RERA.
I think SKA Orion is better for first-time buyers. Destinaire is more for investors or those looking for a luxury lifestyle. But that's just my opinion.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Destinaire is probably more than that. SKA Orion should be slightly less. Do a proper comparison of carpet area and price per sqft.
I agree with U2. Destinaire ka location bhi toh dekho! Sector 150 is the new posh area. Orion is in Sector 143B, which is still developing. But is it worth the extra money? That's the question.
Sector 150 is definitely hot right now. But remember, prices have shot up like crazy. Check the RERA registration number before you book anything. They promised possession by when?
Possession dates are always a gamble, yaar. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Which floor are you looking at, OP? That also makes a difference in price and view.

U6, I visited Destinaire last month. The play area looked good, but it was crowded. SKA Orion's seemed smaller but less crowded. Depends on your preference.
Crowded is always a problem, specially weekends. Check for sports facilities too, U6. My kid loves cricket nets.
U6, talk to current residents of both societies if you can. Unse pata chalega real picture. Marketing material toh sab achha dikhate hain.

Destinaire is expensive for a reason, U1. Quality of construction, finishing... sab kuch better hai. Orion is okay, but thoda budget-friendly crowd milega.
