ATS Destinaire vs Swaraj Homes: Worth the Premium?

ATS Destinaire is so pricey, yaar! Swaraj Homes Vasant seems affordable. Is it worth paying so much extra for ATS? Kya kisi ko pata hai about resale value difference? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Bhai, ATS ka brand toh brand hai. But dekhna padega, is the premium justified? Swaraj Homes is decent too, especially for the price. Location wise, both are good in Sector 150.
