Ace Starlit vs ATS Destinaire: Worth the premium?

I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. What's your take on Ace Starlit vs ATS Destinaire in Noida? ATS is obviously pricier. Is the carpet area efficiency much better to justify the cost? Also, which one has better resale potential in the long run, yaar? Mujhe advice chahiye.

Market conditions are crazy right now! Interest rates are rising, so don't delay too much. Buy when you find a good deal.

I'd say if budget is not a constraint, go for ATS. But if you're stretching yourself thin, Starlit is a decent option too. Both are good projects, ultimately.

Anyone know about the social infrastructure around these projects? Schools, hospitals, malls... that's important for family living.

U17, Sector 150 has good schools coming up. Hospital toh thoda door hai, but everything is accessible with good connectivity.

So, OP, what did you decide finally? Starlit ya Destinaire?

U10, I heard it's on the higher side, around Rs. 5-6 per sq ft. But then again, you get what you pay for, right? Better amenities and upkeep.

Totally agree yaar, maintenance charges are a headache. I'm paying almost 8k per month in my current society. Check everything carefully before you commit.

I visited both sites last month. ATS is definitely more premium, the landscaping is top-notch. Starlit felt a bit cramped, to be honest. But the price difference is significant.

Don't just look at the carpet area. Check the super area loading as well. Some builders cheat you there. Ask for the RERA carpet area certificate.

U6, ATS Greens Village. Don't get me wrong, the project looks great, but the delays are a pain. Be ready to wait, that's all I'm saying.

U5, Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder in Sector 75. Possession mein itna late kiya ki I almost gave up.

Sector 150 is booming, that's for sure. But prices have gone up like crazy! I bought a plot there 5 years ago for peanuts, now it's worth a fortune. Starlit is closer to the main road, that's a plus point.

Starlit has smaller units comparatively. If you want bigger rooms, ATS is the way to go. Depends on your family size I guess.

ATS Destinaire mein maintenance charges kitna hai? Anyone knows? That can be a big factor in the long run.

Bhai, resale potential toh ATS ka better hoga, no doubt. Brand value is a big factor. But Starlit is not bad either, depends on your budget honestly.

Carpet area efficiency is key! ATS generally gives better carpet, but double-check the floor plans. Builder log toh chuna lagate hain, beware!

I heard ATS Destinaire has some serious construction delays. Anyone else facing this issue? RERA mein complaint karna padega kya?

R

U4, Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. I'm also waiting for possession in another ATS project, almost a year delayed. Check RERA registration number before investing!

U5, Which ATS project are you talking about? I'm considering Greens, but now I'm scared.

Ace Starlit vs ATS Destinaire... good question yaar! ATS is definitely more posh, but is it *really* worth the extra dough? Mujhe bhi confusion hai.
