I'm upgrading from my 2BHK. Sikka Karmic Greens is ready, but Dream Wonder Homes 3 is under construction. Possession status is key. Is the risk worth it for Dream Wonder Homes? Carpet area efficiency wise, which one gives more space? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
