ATS One Hamlet vs Sikka: Better for family?

ATS One Hamlet or Sikka Karmic Greens, which is better for kids' school? Wife wants a safe society. Is the extra cost for ATS worth it, ya? What do you think?

So, what did you decide, U1? Which one are you going with?

One more thing: check the parking situation in both societies. That's a common problem in Noida.

True that! Parking is always a headache. Especially if you have more than one car.

Don't forget to factor in the distance to the nearest metro station. That can save you a lot of time and hassle.

Honestly, both are good options for resale value down the line. Noida real estate is booming.

Did you check the floor plans? Sometimes the layout can make a big difference in how you use the space.

Anyone know what the current rates are in ATS One Hamlet? I heard they are quoting something crazy.

rohan.khatri25 Mar

Last I checked, it was around 8k-9k per sqft depending on the floor and facing.

ATS is definitely safer for family. My sister lives there and loves it. No complaints so far.

Thanks everyone for the input! Really helpful. I think I'm leaning towards ATS.

Check the builder's history carefully. Some builders make tall claims but deliver poorly.

Honestly, both are decent. But for peace of mind, ATS. Worth the extra cost if you can afford it.

Sikka used to be more affordable, but prices have gone up everywhere, especially after the Jewar airport announcement.

Don't forget to check the maintenance charges! They can be a killer in ATS-type societies.

Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was deciding between these two and ultimately went with something else entirely in Sector 75. Better schools and less noise.

A
Ajay Bhatia25 Mar

Sector 75 is a good option too! But depends on your budget, right?

I looked at both. Sikka seemed more congested. ATS has more open space. But that's just my opinion.

G

Possession mila kya kisi ko Sikka mein? I heard they were delayed.

RERA complaint is a good move. Builder log aise hi nahi sudhrenge.

ATS One Hamlet is in Sector 104, right? That area is developing rapidly. Good connectivity to Delhi.

My main concern would be the schools nearby. Check the school bus routes and timings from both societies. That can be a deciding factor.

S
Shanti Pillai25 Mar

Tough choice! Both are good societies, but for kids, I'd lean towards ATS One Hamlet. Sikka Karmic Greens mein thoda construction noise rehta hai, especially in the towers closer to the expressway. Wife ki safety is paramount, and ATS generally has better security.

aarti_sawant_xyz25 Mar

Construction noise is a valid point. My friend lives in Sikka and complains about it. But ATS is significantly more expensive, right?

K
Karan Kumar25 Mar

Bhai, ATS ka naam toh hai. Brand value matters. But is that extra cost justified? That's the million-dollar question!

r
ravi.gupta25 Mar

Exactly! 'Naam bade aur darshan chote' bhi ho sakta hai. Check the actual amenities and completion status carefully.

Brand value is important, but also check the carpet area they are offering. Sometimes cheaper options offer more space. Don't just go by the name, U3.
