Eldeco Aamantran vs M3M Jacob: Which is better?

Looking at Noida properties, confused between Eldeco Aamantran and M3M Jacob. Aamantran is ready to move, right? M3M is super luxury, but is it worth the price difference? Wife wants good amenities for the kids. Safety is important. What's the carpet area efficiency in both, actually? Which one is better for a family, considering school access? Any thoughts, guys? Mujje advice chahiye.

Check the floor plans carefully. Some units have weird layouts. Especially in older projects like Aamantran. Make sure it suits your family's needs.

Don't get swayed by fancy brochures and marketing hype. Focus on the fundamentals: location, build quality, carpet area, and the builder's reputation. All the best, bhai!

So, what did you decide, OP? Aamantran or M3M? We're all waiting to hear!

Check the builder's other projects. Are they well-maintained? That's a good indicator of their long-term commitment.

M3M Jacob is good, but overpriced, in my opinion. You're paying for the brand name. Aamantran is more practical. But then again, it depends on your lifestyle.

Haan, exactly! Luxury comes at a premium. Is that premium worth it? That's the million-dollar question.

True, but M3M ka future appreciation bhi zyada ho sakta hai. Brand value matters in the long run.

One thing I learned: never trust the builder blindly. Do your own due diligence. Visit the site multiple times, talk to existing residents, read reviews online.

I heard M3M uses good quality materials. But honestly, all builders say that. Get an independent inspection done before you finalize anything.

Aamantran mein resale options bhi zyada honge, I think. Since it's an older project, more people are likely to sell their apartments. M3M is still new.

School access depends on the specific school you're targeting. Check the distance from both locations. Some schools have transport facilities as well.

I invested in Sector 75 a few years back. Rates have doubled! Real estate is the best investment, yaar. But choose wisely!

My cousin lives in Aamantran. He's happy with it. Says the maintenance is a bit high, but overall, it's a good place for families. Lots of kids.

Mujhe toh M3M ka location zyada pasand hai. Sector 150 is more happening. Aamantran is a bit secluded, no?

s
shanaya.jain.2224 Mar

U3, seclusion can be a good thing! Depends on what you want. I prefer peace and quiet over hustle and bustle.

s
sohail.khan78624 Mar

But sector 150 has better connectivity now with the metro. Aamantran is still a bit dependent on personal vehicles.

K

Bhai, budget batao. M3M is easily 2x the price of Aamantran, I think. Is it really worth it? Only you can decide.

S

Don't forget to factor in stamp duty and registration charges! That adds a significant chunk to the overall cost. Especially for luxury properties.

Sector 150 mein prices are crazy high now! Metro bhi aa gaya hai toh aur badhenge. I bought in 2020, best decision ever. But Aamantran vs M3M? Tough call. School access is better from 150, I think.

M3M Jacob ka possession mila kya kisi ko? Heard there were delays. Luxury bhi ho aur delay bhi, kya fayda?

s
sakshi.bajaj_5524 Mar

Exactly! My friend booked in M3M The Cullinan. Still waiting for possession. They keep pushing the date. Bhai, RERA mein complaint daalo.

b
bilal.ahmed.mumbai24 Mar

U6, RERA mein complaint dalne se kya hota hai? Just another date mil jaati hai. Builder toh apni marzi ka karta hai.

s
suresh_patil24 Mar

U7, at least there's a record. And RERA can impose penalties. Slow process, but better than nothing. Check the RERA orders against the builder first.

Safety is a big concern. Check the security systems in both. Gated community, CCTV, security guards... these are basic. Aamantran is older, so security might not be as advanced as M3M.

K
Kiara Agarwal24 Mar

Aamantran is definitely ready to move, bhai. M3M Jacob is newer, more fancy-shmancy. Depends on your budget, honestly. Kids ke liye amenities toh dono mein honge. But Aamantran might be more value for money right now. Mujje bhi batao, I am also confused!

P

Luxury is expensive, no doubt! But check the build quality of M3M. Eldeco's reputation is decent, but M3M claims to be top-notch. Is it just marketing or real? That's the question. And yes, Aamantran is ready, I think Sector 93B mein hai na?

S
Salim Ansari24 Mar

Carpet area efficiency is key! Don't just look at the super area. Builders are masters of illusion. Get the actual carpet area numbers from both. I heard M3M is around 65-70%, Eldeco maybe a bit better, around 75%. Check RERA docs!
