Last I checked, Eldeco was around 6500-7000 per sq ft, depending on the floor and facing. JM Orchid might be a bit cheaper.

I bought in Eldeco Sylvan View 3 years ago. Initially, they promised a lot of things, but the clubhouse is still not fully functional. Just saying... manage your expectations.
