Hi everyone, I'm planning to invest in a property in Noida and I'm confused between Shubhkamna Tec Homes (ready-to-move) and Victory Ace (completed). Location-wise, dono projects Noida mein hai, but connectivity wise, which one is better? Kya aap logon ko pata hai which project has better access to the metro and highways? Price-wise, Shubhkamna Tec Homes ka range ₹57.71 L - ₹1.27 Cr hai, while Victory Ace is ₹61.95 L - ₹96.39 L. Is Shubhkamna worth the extra cost? Mujhe advice chahiye about the value for money. Which project offers better amenities and features? Has anyone experienced the construction quality of either project? Builder ka track record kya hai for both? I'm looking for a safe investment.
