Eldeco Aamantran vs Sikka Karmic Greens - which is better?

Guys, Eldeco Aamantran ya Sikka Karmic Greens, which one has better carpet area efficiency? And honestly, has anyone faced issues with Sikka's possession? Which one's a safer bet, considering resale value?

U7, maintenance charges are high everywhere in Noida, unfortunately. It's a necessary evil. Just factor it into your budget.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I think I'll do some more research and visit both sites before making a decision. Sikka sounds risky after reading your comments.

Another thing to consider is the distance to the upcoming Jewar airport. That could impact resale value in the long run.

So, has anyone actually finalised a deal in either of these projects recently? What are your experiences?

Ultimately, it's your call. Weigh the pros and cons of each project, consider your budget, and choose what's best for you. Good luck!

Don't just look at the carpet area, also consider the floor plan. A well-designed floor plan can make a smaller apartment feel much bigger.

I heard the water logging situation near Sikka Karmic Greens is pretty bad during the monsoon. Anyone experienced that?

Bhaiyon, Noida Extension mein toh builder ka game chalta hai. Be very careful before investing. Read all the reviews and check the RERA website thoroughly.

I'd say visit both sites personally. See the construction quality, talk to existing residents, and then decide. Don't just rely on online opinions.

U3, I'm going by what my agent told me. Maybe I should double-check the RERA documents. Thanks for pointing that out!

Honestly, both are decent projects, but I think Aamantran is a slightly safer bet. Less risk of builder issues.

I invested in Eldeco Aamantran 3 years ago. No major issues so far. Possession was on time, and the apartment is good. Maintenance charges are a bit high, as someone mentioned, but manageable.

Carpet area efficiency is key, especially with the rising property rates. Square feet mein kya rakha hai, actual usable space dekho!

Kya rate chal raha hai dono projects mein abhi? Anyone has recent quotes?

Last I checked, Eldeco Aamantran was around 6800-7200 per sq ft. Sikka might be slightly cheaper, around 6500-6800.

Possession mila kya kisi ko Sikka mein? Seriously thinking of investing, but scared after reading these comments.

U8, Don't bhai. RERA registration number check karo properly. Sikka ka track record is not good.

Guys, compare the amenities also! Sikka promised a lot of things, but how much is actually completed?

Eldeco Aamantran ka location is pretty good, near the expressway. Sikka is a bit inside, right?

Eldeco Aamantran vs Sikka Karmic Greens? Tough one! Dekho, carpet area efficiency toh Aamantran mein better hai I think. Sikka ka possession kaafi delayed tha, I heard. Resale value dono ka theek thaak hi hai, depends on the unit and floor.

Haan yaar, Sikka ka possession issues are a real headache. My cousin booked there and he's still waiting, almost 2 years delayed!

U1, are you sure about Aamantran's carpet area being better? I thought Sikka was offering slightly bigger apartments overall.

Bhai, resale value toh location pe depend karta hai. Sector 150 is booming, but still... check the fine print!

I'd personally lean towards Eldeco. At least unka reputation thoda better hai. Sikka... well, bahut logo ne complain kiya hai.

sonia.banerjee_kolkata24 Mar

Reputation toh sabka kharab hi hai Noida mein, lol. But seriously, Eldeco seems a bit more reliable. Thoda expensive hai, but worth it maybe?

U5, what about the maintenance charges? I heard Eldeco charges are ridiculously high after possession.
