Sikka Karmic Greens vs M3M Jacob and Co - Noida?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai and thinking Noida investment. M3M Jacob and Co looks fancy, but 8Cr+! Sikka Karmic Greens is ready to move, right? What about actual carpet area in Sikka versus price? Is M3M worth that premium for rental returns? Bhai, I can't visit for site inspection, so tell me the real deal. Which one is better for long term? Advice chahiye yaar!

Bhai Dubai se Noida? Big leap! M3M Jacob & Co is all show-sha, Sikka Karmic Greens is more established. But rental yield, that's the question. I'd lean towards Sikka for peace of mind, less headache.
