Guys, I'm fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Eldeco Aamantran and Sylvan View dono Noida mein hain. Sylvan View is more expensive, but is it worth it? Carpet area sahi milta hai kya? Aamantran toh ready to move hai, which is a plus. But what about resale value after 5 years? Kya aap logon ko pata hai? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.

Ultimately, it depends on your personal preferences and budget. Both are decent options in Noida. Do your research and make an informed decision.
I think Aamantran is a safer bet if you are looking for rental income. It's more affordable, so you'll find tenants more easily.
Personally, I would go for Sylvan View if budget is not a constraint. The quality of construction and the overall ambience are better.
Guys, remember the market is cooling down a bit. Don't rush into a decision. Negotiate hard with the builder.
Another thing to consider is the floor plan. Which one suits your needs better? Visit both properties and compare.
So, OP, what did you decide? Which one are you leaning towards?
I visited both sites last week. Aamantran felt a bit crowded. Sylvan View had more open space. But that's just my opinion.
One thing to consider is the builder's financial health. Check their credit rating. You don't want to get stuck with a project that's never completed.
Aamantran has better connectivity to Pari Chowk. Sylvan View is better connected to Delhi. Depends on where you work.
Did you check the amenities? Are they actually complete and functional in Aamantran? I made the mistake of not checking that properly in my last purchase.
Good point! Amenities are often just on paper. Check if the swimming pool is actually working, the gym has equipment, etc.
Carpet area is a big issue. Make sure you get it verified by a professional. Builders often cheat on that.
Sylvan View is definitely more posh. But is it worth the extra money? Depends on your budget and priorities. Aamantran is a solid option if you're looking for a ready-to-move-in property.
Don't forget to factor in maintenance charges! Sylvan View will definitely have higher maintenance.
I'm also considering buying in Noida. These prices are insane! Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Kab tak afford kar payenge hum log?
I live in Sector 93A near both these projects. Sylvan View is closer to the Expressway, which is a plus. Aamantran is closer to the main road, but traffic ka problem hai.
Bhai, resale value toh location pe depend karega. Sector 93 is developing fast. Metro extension is planned, so both should appreciate. But Sylvan View is slightly better located, in my opinion.
I booked a flat in Aamantran 3 years ago. Possession delayed by 6 months. But overall experience was decent. Finishing is average, nothing fancy.
6 months is nothing, yaar. Mera toh 2 saal delay hua tha! Which tower are you in?
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders keep extending dates.
Sylvan View definitely has a premium feel, but bhai, premium price bhi toh hai! Aamantran is more value for money, especially if you're looking to rent it out later. Resale value depends on so many things, like metro connectivity in the area. Tough call!
Yaar, I heard Eldeco ka finishing utna achha nahi hai. Sylvan View mein carpet area ka issue kam hai. But then again, Aamantran ready to move hai...hmmm.
Don't just look at the price tag, look at the builder's reputation! Eldeco has delivered projects on time. Sylvan View builder ka kya scene hai? Check RERA registration details for both.
True that. Reputation is everything. I know someone who bought in a Sylvan View project elsewhere and they are still fighting for possession 2 years later!
Exactly! RERA number crucial hai. Check karo completion date, pending cases, everything!
