Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. Can't visit easily, so relying on you all! I've been considering Jaypee Greens, specifically Pebble Court. What's the real deal with their on-time delivery? Has anyone experienced major delays? That's my biggest worry, yaar. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and all that, kitna extra lag jata hai? Will need a property manager eventually, so resale value matters too. Which one is better for long-term ROI? Mujhe advice chahiye!
