Jaypee Greens: Worth the premium?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK. I've been looking at Jaypee Greens. Their pricing is high, bhai! Is the construction quality really that much better? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with Jaypee Pebble Court at possession? I already have a home loan, so bank approvals aren't a problem. Is the premium REALLY worth it? What do you think?
