Elite X vs Nimbus Hyde Park: Which Noida project?

Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. Elite X looks fancy, but Nimbus The Hyde Park is ready to move. Is it worth paying extra for Elite X's amenities? Or should I go for the ready possession of Nimbus? What do you think, guys?
