Nimbus Hyde Park or Omaxe Twin Towers - which is better?

Guys, I'm confused. Omaxe Twin Towers is expensive, but Nimbus Hyde Park is cheaper. What do you think? Is the carpet area in Omaxe worth it? Ready to move is important for me, so which one?
