L&T Green Reserve vs Shivi Studio: Worth the premium?

I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK. L&T Green Reserve looks amazing but is it worth crores more than Shivi Inexpensive Studio? Carpet area efficiency wise, which one gives more space? Also, builder trust factor wise, kaun sahi hai? Already have a home loan, so EMI bhi dekhna hai. What do you guys think?
