Nimbus Hyde Park vs Purvanchal: Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm confused. Nimbus The Hyde Park is ready to move, but slightly expensive. Purvanchal Mecon Apartments ka toh pata nahi kab possession milega. Risk lena sahi hai kya? My parents keep saying ready-to-move is safer. What's your take on the builder trust factor for both? Also, carpet area efficiency wise, which one gives more space? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Has anyone experienced delays with Purvanchal before? What do you think?
