Guys, I'm finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida. Fed up of renting, yaar! 10 saal rent waste kiya. I've been looking at Jaypee Pebble Court. What's the real deal with Jaypee Greens' on-time delivery? Has anyone actually gotten possession when promised? Also, construction quality kaisi hai? I've heard horror stories of seepage and plaster cracks. Is it worth investing there, or should I look at other options? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better for resale after 5 years? Koi idea hai? I'm so confused! Kya karoon? What do you think?

Bhai, Jaypee Greens? Thoda risky hai. On-time delivery ka toh scene on and off chalta rehta hai. Depends on the project. Pebble Court ka specifically mujhe idea nahi hai, but their reputation is not the best. Check RERA records!
10 saal rent waste kiya? Welcome to the club, dost! I'm also looking in Noida. Jaypee? I've heard mixed reviews. Construction quality is definitely a concern. I'd suggest visiting the site multiple times, different times of day, to check for seepage, etc.
