I'm confused between Victory Ace and Shubhkamna Tec Homes in Noida. Victory Ace is completed, but Shubhkamna is ready to move. Kya aap logon ko pata hai which one offers better value for money considering the possession timeline? Also, what's the builder reputation like for both? Has anyone experienced dealing with either builder? Which project has better amenities and features, especially regarding security and parking? Mujhe advice chahiye on which project has better investment potential in the current Noida market. What do you think?
