Elite X vs AIG Aigin Royal: Which one, yaar?

I'm finally fed up of renting! Thinking of buying in Noida. Elite X looks good, but it's under construction. AIG Aigin Royal is ready to move, but the price difference! Is it worth paying so much more for ready possession? Kya kisi ko pata hai AIG mein maintenance charges kitne hai? And carpet area efficiency? Which one has better rental potential? Suggestions please!

AIG Aigin Royal is good, yaar, ready possession ka tension nahi. But Elite X is tempting because of the price. Tough choice! I'd say visit both sites multiple times before deciding.

Exactly! Site visit is a must. Pictures can be deceiving. Check the construction quality yourself.
