Aigin Royal vs Sunrays Heights: Worth the premium?

Guys, I'm upgrading from a 2BHK. Aigin Royal is crazy expensive! Is it worth the jump over Sunrays Heights? Carpet area sahi hai kya? Also, resale value wise, which one is better long term? Already have a home loan, so EMI matters. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.

My cousin bought in Sunrays Heights 2 years ago. He's happy with the quality of construction. But the promised clubhouse is still not fully functional. So, beware of promises!

Location wise, Aigin Royal has the advantage. It's closer to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Sunrays Heights is a bit interior. But is that worth the extra crores? That's the question.

Aigin Royal is definitely premium, bhai. But carpet area wise, Sunrays Heights offers better value. Check the fine print though, builders love to play games. Resale, Aigin Royal *might* have an edge due to the brand name.

Sunrays Heights is good too, yaar! But Aigin ka location Sector 150 mein is prime. Dekho, investment horizon kya hai? Long term, Aigin Royal could be better. EMI is a big factor though, calculate carefully. Don't overextend yourself.

Carpet area is the biggest scam in Noida! Show you one thing, deliver another. Get a surveyor to measure it yourself before you sign anything! I learnt that the hard way.
