posted on 25 MarAIG Royal vs Shivi Studio: Which one to buy, yaar?
Guys, I'm so fed up of renting! Finally taking the plunge. AIG Aigin Royal or Shivi Inexpensive Studio in Noida? Big price difference, obviously. But is AIG worth that much more? What about resale value after 5 years? Shivi is ready to move... any thoughts? Mujhe advice chahiye!

Ultimately, it depends on your budget and priorities. Weigh the pros and cons carefully. All the best!
Sector 150 ka average rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. AIG Royal is probably more expensive than that. Is it worth the premium?
U4, Depends on the amenities and the view! A good view can add a lot to the resale value.
Be careful of hidden charges! Builders love to add them later. Read the fine print carefully.
So, what did you decide, OP? AIG or Shivi? We're all waiting!
Personally, I'd go for ready to move, especially if you're tired of renting. Peace of mind is priceless!
I was in the same boat last year. Finally bought a resale flat in Sector 93. Best decision ever! No builder hassles, ready to move in, and already has a community.
Don't forget to factor in stamp duty and registration charges! It adds up to a significant amount.
Rising interest rates are also a concern. EMI will be hefty! Can you really afford it?
U2, True that! Interest rates are going crazy. Maybe wait a bit? But prices are also going up...it's a catch-22 situation.
U2, That's why Shivi being ready to move is attractive. You avoid the construction period and start paying EMI immediately.
Possession mila kya Shivi mein? Check the carpet area carefully. They often promise one thing and deliver something smaller.
AIG Royal is in which sector? Is it near the metro line? That will affect resale value big time.
U13, I think it's Sector 150. Not exactly walking distance to the metro, but close enough. They're planning a feeder bus service, I heard.
U14, Sector 150 is developing rapidly. Lots of greenery, good schools coming up. Future looks bright.
Mujhe bhi advice chahiye! I'm also confused. Rent is killing me, but I'm scared of getting stuck with a bad property. Noida is so risky!
Yaar, builder ka track record bhi dekh lo. AIG ka past projects kaise the? Delayed toh nahi the?
U17, Some say AIG has a couple of delayed projects. Check online forums and consumer complaints.
U17, Exactly! Some builders promise the moon and deliver nothing. Research is key.
I bought in Sector 75 three years ago. Prices have almost doubled since then! But maintenance charges are a killer. Keep that in mind too.
AIG Royal ka construction quality kaisa hai? Anyone visited the site recently? I'm also considering an investment in that area.
U7, I went last month. Construction seemed decent, but the access road is still under development. Big dust problem.
U7, I've heard mixed reviews about AIG's quality. Some say it's good, others complain about seepage issues. Better do your own due diligence.
U8, That dust is a killer. Sector 75 is basically a construction zone still. Air quality is terrible.
Ready to move is tempting, but resale value after 5 years...AIG might appreciate more if the location develops well. It's a gamble, yaar.
AIG Royal is definitely more upscale, but Shivi being ready to move is a huge plus. Resale value depends on the location within Noida, yaar. Which sector are we talking about?
Bhai, don't just look at the price difference. Dekho amenities kya mil rahe hain! AIG mein maybe better clubhouse, swimming pool, etc. Shivi mein kya hai?
I heard AIG Royal mein possession dates are all over the place. Check RERA registration number and see the promised delivery date. Don't trust the builder's sweet talk!
U3, good point! RERA website is your best friend. I learnt it the hard way. Builder ne chuna laga diya!
Shivi Inexpensive Studio...name itself says it. Small units, mostly for bachelors or very small families. AIG Royal is a proper family apartment. Depends on your needs, right?
