Godrej Woods, Noida - Forest theme accha hai?

Hey guys, I saw this video of Godrej Woods in Sector 43, Noida. The 'urban forest' theme looks pretty cool, especially the Mandai resort inspiration. 3 infinity pools bhi hain! But honestly not sure if it's just marketing hype. Anyone visited the site or know someone who has? Is the OC really that different, or just standard Noida fare? Thinking of investing... what do you all think of Godrej as a builder in Noida?
