I'm seriously considering ATS Nobility in Sector-150, Noida. This video I saw mentioned it's good for families, with a play area and landscaped garden. My main concern is the actual living experience though. Has anyone here lived there or know someone who does? What's the construction quality like? Also, the video mentions 'affordable cost' but is it *really* worth the price considering the location? Would love some honest opinions before I book a site visit!
