Prestige City Mulberry: Good investment in Ghaziabad?

Came across this video of Mulberry at Prestige City in Indirapuram Extension, Ghaziabad. Looks pretty decent. I'm looking at 3BHK options in that area. Not sure about the overall connectivity though, since it's a bit outside the main city. Anyone invested there already? What's your take on the future ROI for this project considering the Prestige brand and location? Is it worth the premium?
