Been looking for 8 months now. For 3B Corner Hub, a hack: jab kids' play area dekho, ask about daily maintenance and supervision. Brochures look great, but actual upkeep for kids' safety is key. Koi aur tips hain for amenity checks?

Totally agree! Brochures are pure marketing. I've seen so many projects where the reality is totally different. Kids' safety is paramount, especially with so many new high-rises coming up. Builder ka track record bhi check karna chahiye, not just the current project.

Haan bhai, same experience. Hidden charges bhi bahut hote hain, baad mein pata chalta hai.
