₹1.61 Cr entry for 3B Estate 95 – trying to figure out the real ROI here. I work in real estate, but when it's your own money, the perspective totally changes, you know? I'm eyeing 3B Estate 95, Sector 95, as an investment. Launch se ab tak price movement kitna hua hai, off the record? Matlab, has the initial capital appreciation already happened, or is there still upside? Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Do they stick to timelines, ya fir delays common hain? That's a huge concern for long-term wealth creation. And most importantly, resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, is there an active secondary market ya fir waiting game shuru ho jaati hai? What's your honest take on its resale-value potential?
₹1.8 Cr invested in 3B Estate 95, and still no clear delivery date. Builder promised possession by Q4 last year, now it's Q2 and minimal site progress. This delay is killing my projected rental yield and capital appreciation. From my experience, this pattern screams trouble. Anyone else facing this with 3B? What did you do to push them?
