3BHK dreams in Noida... which one though?
Been checking out JMD Marvella Homes and Purvanchal Saket Dham. Marvella is cheaper, but Saket Dham seems more spacious. Wife's priority is a safe neighbourhood for the kids. Is the slightly higher price worth it for Saket Dham? Also, how are the maintenance charges in each? Any opinions?

Saket Dham ki location definitely better hai for families, especially safety wise. Spacious bhi hai. But maintenance charges ka sahi mein darr lagta hai. Kya koi bata sakta hai wahaan kitne lagte hain per month?
Bhai, JMD Marvella ka RERA NA dikh raha hai. That's a huge red flag for a 'completed' project. Thoda research karlo ispe, warna baad mein fasoge.
