₹1.8 crore for my 3BHK in Dwarka, and I'm honestly convinced RERA is more bark than bite. Everyone says check RERA registration, but Chadha Properties ka track record verify karna was so tough. My possession was delayed 6 months, and the RERA complaint process? Matlab, it's just slow, not effective. Change my mind.
