Since last year, I've been searching for a bigger flat in Hyderabad. My kids' school admissions are coming up, and my wife wants a really safe locality. We need at least a 3BHK, but the prices in Gachibowli and Kokapet are crazy. Is a 3BHK still worth it for end-use vs a 2BHK's better ROI? Prestige ya My Home ke projects kaise hain? Also, Metro Phase 2 ka impact on property values... Should we wait ya abhi le le?

Honestly, 3BHK in these prime areas for end-use is becoming a luxury, not an investment. The ROI for a 2BHK in a slightly upcoming area like Attapur or even parts of Alwal might actually be better in the long run. Plus, maintenance and property taxes for 3BHK are also higher. Just
