Sarjapur Road — been checking out the new launches here for a 3BHK. Currently in a 2BHK near Electronic City, but family badh rahi hai, need more space. Prestige and Sobha ke projects dekh raha hoon, but yaar, the price jump for a 3BHK is massive. A 3BHK is easily ₹1.8 Cr se ₹2.5 Cr. Matlab, my current EMI double ho jayegi. I'm thinking, is that extra premium for a 3BHK worth it right now for end-use? Or should I consider a small villa on Kanakapura Road, jahaan prices thode better hain? Namma Metro Phase 3 expansion will help connectivity, but still, commute ka tension hai. Already have a home loan, so not sure if this big jump makes sense. What does the community think? Is the 3BHK premium justified for us, ya just too much right now?
