Since last year, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 49, Noida Extension. Family badh rahi hai, so eyeing 3BHKs, especially in Sectors 150 and 107 from builders like Godrej or ATS. The price jump to a decent 3BHK (around ₹1.2 Cr) seems huge. Is this premium for the extra space *really* justified for future appreciation? Yaar, already home loan chal raha hai. Should I stretch for a bigger loan or stick with my 2BHK for now? What's the real ROI difference between 2BHK and 3BHK in Noida Extension these days?
