3BHK premium over 2BHK makes no sense.

Since last year, I'm seriously thinking about upgrading. Currently in a 2BHK in Whitefield, family needs more space. Looking at 3BHKs near Sarjapur Road, maybe Prestige. Already have a home loan, so is the jump to ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK worth the ROI? Ya villa better hai? Opinions?

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sarjapur? Bhai, that sounds really steep. Even for Prestige, the premium seems too high. Have you checked other builders there? What's the per sqft they're quoting?

Sahi baat hai, Prestige ka premium bahut zyada hota hai. Sarjapur mein itna nahi hona chahiye.
