Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 130. Thinking of upgrading, maybe villa bhi chalega. RG Group projects dekh raha hu, but is the price jump worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI will increase a lot. Should I just rent out my 2BHK instead? Matlab, ROI sahi hai kya?
