Is the premium for bigger projects like Legacy Celino really worth it for investors? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading. EMI already on, so maintenance charges and their service quality are big concerns. Also, clubhouse facilities, are they actually used or just for show? Parking ka kya scene hai for tenants?

Bhai, Legacy Celino mein sirf 24 units hain. Investor ke liye itna high premium for such a small inventory? Mujhe toh risky lag raha hai. Resale value ka bhi sochna pad
