Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 19. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK, or maybe a villa by Sidhyansh Infrastructure. But is the price jump worth it? Has anyone else faced this?

Personally, I'd avoid Sidhyansh. Too many horror stories online. But that's just my opinion.
At the end of the day, it's your decision. Weigh the pros and cons carefully. Good luck!
I'd say go for it if you can afford it. Life is too short to live in a cramped space!
New metro line is coming up in Greater Noida West. Might be a good time to invest there if you're looking long term.
One thing I learnt: visit the site multiple times, at different times of the day. See the traffic, the noise levels, etc.
Another thing to consider is the schools. Sector 19 has good schools, but will your kids have to travel far if you move?
Sector 150 is good but very expensive. Have you looked at Sector 78? Decent options and slightly more affordable.
Possession mila kya Sector 19 wale 2BHK ka? If you're selling, prices are pretty good right now.
Villa is a lifestyle upgrade, no doubt. But Noida mein water logging is a huge issue. Especially during the monsoon. Consider that also.
RERA registration number check karo Sidhyansh ka. Every detail is available there. Don't rely on their sales pitch.
Where exactly on the RERA website can I find the financials? I'm struggling to navigate it.
I upgraded from a 2BHK to a 3BHK in Sector 75 last year. Best decision ever. My kids finally have their own rooms! But yes, EMI is a pain.
Villa from Sidhyansh? That's a big step! What's the price they're quoting? Sector 150 mein villas are going for crazy prices these days.
I think it depends on your ROI expectations. Are you buying for personal use or as an investment? If investment, look at rental yields in the area.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Finally decided to go for a slightly older property in Sector 44. Got a much better deal and the locality is already well-developed.
Don't forget to factor in the extra maintenance charges for a 3BHK or a villa. It adds up!
Is the price jump *really* worth it? Depends on your needs and budget. Have you considered resale properties? Sometimes you can find better deals.
Sidhyansh? Be very careful. My friend booked a flat with them in Sector 143, possession is delayed by almost 2 years!
Sector 143 ka toh bura haal hai. So many delayed projects. Check the builder's financials before investing ANY money.
2 years? That's insane! Which project? Need to warn my colleagues.
