₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Sarjapur Road seems okay, but super area vs carpet area difference is huge. Currently in a 2BHK, upgrading. Mantri Developers ke projects mein dekha, super area bohot inflate karte hain. Ramanashree California Gardens Layout mein bhi yahi scene hai. Worth paying for so much 'common space'? How to calculate true value?
