I'm in a 2BHK now, thinking of upgrading. Is it worth the price jump to a 3BHK, especially with current interest rates? Or should I consider a villa? Has anyone invested in CBPL Homes? What's your take on Harola Village for investment? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar! Already have a home loan.

Bhai, interest rates are high, but property prices will keep going up. If you can afford it, go for it.
Harola Village is a gamble. High risk, high reward. But do your research thoroughly.
So, OP, what did you decide? 3BHK or Villa? Still confused?
Think about resale value too. 3BHKs are generally easier to sell than villas in Noida.
Villa is a status symbol, but 3BHK is more practical. Depends on your needs and budget. Don't overextend yourself with the EMI.
Sector 78 mein kya rates chal rahe hain? Anyone knows?
U19, Sector 78 is around 6.5k to 7.5k per sqft depending on the project and location.
Before you upgrade, calculate the total cost of ownership. Including maintenance, property tax, etc. It adds up!
CBPL Homes... heard some bad things. Delay is a major issue. Definitely do your due diligence.
I bought a 3BHK in Sector 150 three years ago. Best decision ever! More space for the kids, and the area is so peaceful.
Don't just look at the price jump. Think about the rental income if you decide to rent it out later. 3BHK fetches a good rent.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Upgraded to a 3BHK and haven't regretted it. The extra space is a lifesaver, especially with WFH.
RERA registration number check karo CBPL Homes ka before investing. Don't just go by their marketing.
Yeh interest rates kab kam honge, yaar? It's making everything so difficult.
Villa is a different beast altogether. Maintenance, security... bahut kharcha hai. 3BHK is more practical, especially if you're already used to apartment living.
Mujhe bhi advice chahiye! Thinking of buying near Pari Chowk. Any thoughts?
Pari Chowk is developing fast. But connectivity to Delhi is still a concern. Metro is there, but still...
U9, Pari Chowk is good for investment, but living there is a different story. Far from everything.
Interest rates are crazy, but property prices are also going up. It's a tough call. Maybe wait and watch for a few months?
Harola Village? That's old Noida. Lots of unauthorized construction. Investment is risky. Stick to sectors with proper RERA approval.
3BHK upgrade worth it? Depends, yaar. Interest rates are killing it right now. Villa is a totally different game, maintenance costs are insane. CBPL Homes ka naam toh suna hai, but haven't invested. Harola Village? Investment ke liye? Risky lagta hai mujhe.
Exactly! Harola Village is still developing. Infrastructure is not great. Better to look at sectors closer to the expressway.
Bhai, I upgraded last year. 2BHK se 3BHK in Sector 75. Worth it for the space, but EMI is a killer. Think long term. Can you really afford it with these interest rates?
Sector 75 is good, connectivity acchi hai. Which project did you invest in?
U3, which builder, man? And what's the carpet area you got? Trying to compare.
CBPL Homes? Avoid, bro. Delayed projects ka record hai. RERA mein complaints bhi hain. Check before you invest.
Haan exactly, Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders promise heaven and deliver nothing.
